GP Solutions is looking for an IT-recruiting (80%) specialist with HR/PR tasks (20%), who is passionate about all topics relating to HR Management and recruiting.


  • Minimum 1 year of IT-recruiting experience;
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level;;
  • Highly adopted to rapidly changing environment;
  • Flexibility and strong multitasking skills.

Main responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruitment process;
  • Recruiting IT specialists (PM, BA, Developers (Java,.NET, Javascript, Ruby, PHP, C++ etc.), QA, Support, Administration specialists);
  • Improvement of current policies in the area of recruiting, adaptation, assessment, retention, etc.;
  • Assisting with organization of internal/external training courses;
  • Development of the employer branding strategy;
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and analytics;
  • Organize corporate events;
  • Provide family atmosphere in the company.
